Timescale for Starboard Items

Everything in the Starboard Collection is handmade to order, so if you are on a tight timescale please let us know and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.

As every piece is handmade, they are all unique. We hope our customers appreciate this and enjoy having something individual made for them.

Returns, Refunds or Replacements

If you feel that your item has not arrived as described, please let us know, and we will work with you to resolve any problems.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a fault with the item. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Sterling Silver; 925 and hallmarks

Our Starboard silver jewellery is individually hand forged, hand crafted and hand cut from solid 925 sterling silver and made to order. As each piece is individually made by us there may be slight variations, making it completely unique to you. We source our 925 solid sterling silver from a reputable and trusted UK-based supplier. Silver jewellery does not require a hallmark if the weight is under 7.78 grams. As such, we do not stamp or hallmark our silver jewellery weighing under 7.78 grams.
